A Journey Beyond Expectations
Be it in the genre of animated production, in very rare case, handful number of series received the love of vast audiences like the one of Kung Fu Panda. Now being the out next film of his “Kung Fu Panda” franchise, this time “Kung Fu Panda” 4 takes us on a fantastic and magnificent journey featuring lots of laughter, action, and important messages. The film, which is directed by Mike Mitchell and co-directed by Stephanie Ma Stine, is a DreamWorks Animation classic that continues the trip of Po and his colleagues towards another storyline that treated as a proving evidence of a story telling.
Po’s Quest for Successor
The peaceful Valley of Peace, a radiant setting where Po, a delightful character, portrayed by the talents of Jack Black, strives to meet the new responsibilities of a spiritual leader. Although Pao’s way is seem to be diverted when he learns he has to vacate his place as a Dragon Warrior and help his successor to be chosen, rather, he becomes even more focused and dedicated now. In the grip of this arduous duty, he bumps into Zhen, an unscrupulous fox brigand other than crown awkwafina. As a team, they embark on a journey to frustrate the devastating plans of the sinister sorcerer, The Chameleon whose voice was lavishly by Viola Davis.
The storyline sweeping-will be shown as one of the best friendships, redemption, and the ultimate victory of the human spirit. This dynamic duo better strive before the daunting barriers and ideal villains as they struggle with their own demons. While they are having fun, they meet the interesting guys and gals like Mr. Ping (James Hong) Po’s adoptive father and Li Shan (Siswara Soerijowidjojo) his biological father. Joining their efforts, they will be able to use their combined strength to deliver the occurrence of an eclipse which would cover China and thence darkness.
Crafting a Masterpiece
The hard work of the artists at DreamWorks Animation – the team behind the upcoming “Kung Fu Panda 4” – was definitely a mission infused with love. Director Mike Mitchell together with the whole crew of the masterpiece had to take care that viewers perceive each frame as full of enthusiasm and fantasy. From the spectacular fight sequences to the fine loving details, the creators of the movie did everything in a perfect order, being really scrupulous.
Among the many great animation commended in Kung Fu Panda 4, the most striking is the creation of The Chameleon, a sorceress who is able to change shapes and always get herself into trouble. With a very intense and frightening voice, the trueness of the Chameleon is shown by the character portrayal done by Viola Davis. The Chameleon becomes a formidable adversary who pushes Po and his team to their physical and mental limits. The Animation Team did not leave one stone unturned in this process and in response, animated Jaina to create an aura of danger and suspense which could be as uplifting as it could be annoying.
A Triumph of Animation
Kung Fu Panda 4 was applauded by both critics and audience across different regions after its launch. A list of the remarkable imagery, a touching storytelling and an outstanding voice acting were shown as an evidence that the success of the series will never die. Mark Black as Po repeated to best advantage the role of him, as usual, delivering his funny and loving character.
